Below is our shipping policy for North American customers only. Switch to the International or United Kingdom stores for relevant information regarding those locations.

We ship worldwide!

If you are in the United Kingdom, we recommend you purchase from https://uk.the3doodler.com. And if you are outside of North America, we recommend purchasing from  https://intl.the3doodler.com.

Shipping Information

We have selected DHL and FedEx as our shipping partners. At checkout you can select the shipping option that best suits your needs. 

Orders totaling $59.99 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.

Our warehouses ship orders Monday through Friday, usually within 1-2 business days after being placed. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within three business days of placing your order, please email us at help@the3doodler.com.

The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email is a master tracking number; when used, it will display the tracking numbers for each box in your shipment.

Your order may arrive in multiple boxes depending on the number of items in your order. Please note that canceling items or modifying your shipping address may impact your eligibility for free shipping. While we partner with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. For packages marked "delivered" that have not arrived, we recommend checking with your postal carrier using your tracking information.
