Return & Refund Policy
Below is the return and refund policy for North American customers only. Switch to the United Kingdom or International stores for relevant information regarding those locations.
If your purchase didn’t work out as planned, we’re happy to help. Just contact us at help@the3doodler.com within 30 days of receiving your item to get started with a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must have been purchased directly from the 3Doodler North American website (the3Doodler.com) and be returned in brand-new condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
Please email help@the3doodler.com to initiate a return, being sure to provide your order number, and our Support Team will guide you through the returns process. Note that you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before sending any product back, please contact us at help@the3doodler.com to initiate your return and obtain a Returns Code. This code must be clearly written on the outside of your package for us to process your return. We may also advise you on the best method for returning your item.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. unopened, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the returned product until it reaches us.
Please note: we cannot accept product returns in person at our office address.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Timing
Upon receipt and inspection of a return, you will be notified via email – the cost of the items returned will be refunded to your original payment method. Typically, funds are reflected in accounts within 5-7 business days (can vary based on financial institution). If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at help@the3doodler.com.
